At Vendepo, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Please review our Shipping Policy below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

If we experience high order volume or unexpected delays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if this occurs.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • International destinations (select countries)

If your country is not available at checkout, shipping may not be supported at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee

  • Vendepo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs inspections

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

If your order is delayed, we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Vendepo is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to wrong information

Reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is:

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

📦 Damaged
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will investigate and provide a suitable solution.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After processing, changes may not be possible.

Force Majeure

Vendepo is not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
